Straight answers
A groomer drives a van or trailer to your home and grooms your dog or cat inside it, parked in your driveway or on your street. Your pet gets one-on-one care with no crate, no car ride, and no other barking dogs.
We list 852 mobile groomers, and 340 of them post their prices. For a small dog, a bath usually starts at about $90, and a full groom at about $120. For a dog of 41 to 70 pounds, a full groom starts at about $165. Thick coats and mats cost more. Prices change by city, so check the price table above, or our price report for every city.
Type your ZIP code in the search at the top of this page. We show the groomers who list your ZIP code first, then those who name a town near you. You can also filter for groomers who book online, take big dogs, or groom doodles.
Some do. 288 of the 852 groomers we list say they do full cat grooms. Others only trim cat nails. Each listing says which one.
It usually costs more than a salon, because the groomer drives to you and works on one pet at a time. It can be worth it if your pet is nervous, older, or hard to drive, or if your time is tight.
