For groomers: software
Booking software for mobile groomers
Most mobile groomers we list let clients book online. Here is what the common tools cost, and which ones help plan your route. Prices were checked on October 7, 2026.
What a van groomer needs.
A salon books chairs. You book stops. Look for a tool that puts your day in a smart order, shows the drive time between homes, and lets you limit booking to the ZIP codes you serve. Clients also like a text when you are on your way. Card on file and vaccine records save you calls.
MoeGo.
MoeGo is the tool we see most on the sites of groomers we list. The Basic plan is $49 a month. Route planning, drive times, and scheduling for more than one van start on the Growth plan, at $99 a month. The Ultimate plan is $159 a month for each van.
Groomer.io.
Groomer.io is built around mobile work. Clients book on a map, the app suggests a route, and it sends live arrival times and on-my-way texts. Its price page lists $99 a month for each van. When we checked, it showed a limited-time price of $79.
Groomsoft.
Groomsoft has a plan just for mobile groomers at $39.90 a month, with a 30-day free trial. It plans your route and tracks your mileage and the distance from your last stop.
Pawfinity.
Pawfinity’s grooming plan is $60 a month, or $55 a month if you pay for the year. It has a 7-day trial and mapping for mobile groomers. Text messages cost extra for each one you send.
DaySmart Pet.
DaySmart Pet starts at $29 a month if you use their card payments, or $39 if you don’t. It has a 14-day trial. It shows your clients on a map, but its own help page says it does not plan your route for you.
Square Appointments.
Square has a free plan, so it is an easy start for a brand-new groomer. It has no route tools and no vaccine records, so it may not fit as you grow.
Gingr and PetLinx.
These are made for salons, daycares, and kennels. Gingr starts at $109 a month, and its FAQ says it has no GPS or route tools. PetLinx starts at $74 a month, and we found no route tools.
How to choose.
Try two tools with a real week of your appointments. Check which plan has the route tools, since some only add them on a higher plan. Ask what texts and card payments cost on top of the monthly price. Make sure clients can book from your own website.
What independent groomers we list use.
151 of the 250 independent mobile groomers we list let you book online. This is where their “Book” button goes. We count the tool from the booking link on each groomer’s website. A booking page on a groomer’s own site may use any of these tools behind the scenes.
